Had not slept more than four (4) solid contiguous hours in longer than I can recall
I know that correlation does not imply causation - however - I have started with two (2) level tablespoons every morning on an empty stomach - 30 minutes before creatine and supplements - which are 30 minutes before coffee and a hard boiled egg AND two (2) level tablespoons 30 minutes before bed (30 minutes after evening supplements) - two weeks ago - I have been logging (with WHOOP) 6 - 7 hours of sleep per night (long enough to wake up in pain from being still for too long (I DO NOT recommend getting old!)) I cannot know that the Oil is helping but I can promise it feels like it is - Thank you - Highly recommend

This olive oil is absolutely top-tier ,you can tell it's 100% olive oil, I think the EVOO's that I've had in my lifetime have been cut with other inferior oils, but definitely not this! I've recommended this to all my friends.
