    How I start my day every morning

    I had wanted a good source of polyphenols to take alongside my Pendulum probiotic in the morning, and had tried a few other olive oils that were advertised as high polyphenol content. Having a shot of those tasted like I was drinking something that wasn’t meant for human consumption (and they were expensive)… then I found Blueprint. This olive oil is light and easy to take, tastes delicious with a slight almost peppery aftertaste. It’s been game-changing for my mornings for close to a year now!     Snake oil EVOO is the best

    Love this oil best peppery polyphenols amazing amazing oil love it love it love it and I’ve tested out a whole lot. I probably have three or four different kinds right now that people say that’s the best and by far snake oil is the best.
