How to Use +

Hot Matcha

  • Add 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of matcha powder to your cup of choice.
  • Pour 2-4 ounces of hot water (175°F).
  • Whisk vigorously for 15-30 seconds until frothy.
  • Add an additional 4-6 ounces of hot water or steamed nut milk* to taste.

Iced Matcha

  • Add 2 grams of matcha powder to your cup of choice.
  • Pour in 6-8 ounces of cold water or *nut milk.
  • Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until well mixed.
  • Pour over ice and enjoy!

Matcha with Collagen

  • Add 2 grams of matcha powder and 10-20g of Blueprint Collagen to your cup of choice.
  • Add 6-8 ounces of hot or cold water/nut milk.
  • Shake until fully combined and frothy.
  • Sip & enjoy!

What temperature should my water be?

If your water is too hot, your Matcha will be bitter. Too cool, and it won’t fully dissolve.
- Thin matcha (Usucha): Brew at 175°F for a smooth, balanced flavor with minimal bitterness.
- Thick matcha (Koicha): Use 158°F to maintain its rich, concentrated taste without over-extracting tannins.
