Nutty Pudding Recipe

Nutty pudding is one of Bryan's go-to longevity desserts.
Here's how you can make it at home.
Ingredients
- ½ tsp of ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp sunflower lecithin
- 2 tsp of ground walnuts
- ¼ cup of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, or blueberries)
- 3 cherries
- 3 tbsp ground macadamia nuts
- ¼ of a brazil nut
- 50-100 ml of nut milk, depending on what consistency you like (I prefer 50 ml)
- 60 ml of pomegranate juice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender.
- Mix on high for ~2 min until foamy.
- Pour into a dish and add your toppings.
Bryan also adds:
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
- 30-60 grams of Longevity Protein
- ¼ cup of berries
