    Great Mid day Boost

    I take Longevity Blueprint powder mix mid-day when I feel like I need an energy lift or right before working out. I usually mix it with creatine, and it really helps me power through my sessions with better focus and stamina.

    What I love is that it doesn’t interfere with my hyperthyroid medication—something I’m always careful about with supplements. No jitters, no crash, just a clean boost of energy and mental clarity.

    I have it shipped internationally since I live abroad, and while the process is smooth, I do hope they find a more economical way for international shipping—it would make reordering a lot easier.
