Whipped Protein Yogurt Recipe

This recipe from the Don't Die community has ~40 grams of protein, and you can eat it for breakfast or dessert.

How to make whipped protein yogurt

  1. Add Longevity Protein and yogurt to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix until smooth.
  2. Roughly chop Raw Macadamias by hand, keep them whole, or use a blender for a finer texture.
  3. Add your Longevity Protein mixture to a serving bowl. Top with Raw Macadamias and blueberries.
