Whipped Protein Yogurt Recipe

This recipe from the Don't Die community has ~40 grams of protein, and you can eat it for breakfast or dessert.
It contains healthy fats and rare omega-7s from Raw Macadamias, polyphenols from blueberries, protein from (plant-based) Greek yogurt, and additional protein, omega-3, and cocoa flavanols from Longevity Protein.
All in one bowl, and with ~3 min of preparation.
Here's how to make whipped protein yogurt.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Blueprint Longevity Protein
- 2/3 cup (plant-based) Greek yogurt
- 10 Raw Macadamias
- 1/2 cup blueberries

How to make whipped protein yogurt
- Add Longevity Protein and yogurt to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix until smooth.
- Roughly chop Raw Macadamias by hand, keep them whole, or use a blender for a finer texture.
- Add your Longevity Protein mixture to a serving bowl. Top with Raw Macadamias and blueberries.
