    48 years old LOVING BLUE PRINT!

    I have been following Bryan almost since the start of his quest for better health and longevity, i am using blue prints since a few months, its easier and more efficient than the many supplements i was taking trying to follow Bryan's intake when blue print was not available yet. I can't wait to try the protein when out! Loving Blue print! and Thank you for the cap :)
