Grain-free Porridge with Butterfly Pea Flower

Almond, flax, chia. Power meal. 

Ingredients:

  • 250ml (1 cup) macadamia nut milk

  • 30g (1/4 cup) almond flour

  • 15g (1 tbsp) hemp seeds

  • 10g (1 tbsp) chia seeds

  • 10g (1 tbsp) ground flax

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp butterfly pea flower powder

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom

  • Handful of fresh berries for topping

 

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Top with the fresh berries

  4. Serve and enjoy
