
Grain free porridge with butterfly pea flower
Almond, flax, chia. Power meal.
Ingredients:

250ml (1 cup) macadamia nut milk

30g (1/4 cup) almond flour

15g (1 tbsp) hemp seeds

10g (1 tbsp) chia seeds

10g (1 tbsp) ground flax

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp butterfly pea flower powder

1/4 tsp cardamom

Handful of fresh berries for topping
Instructions:

Add all the ingredients into a blender

Blend until smooth

Top with the fresh berries
