We’re looking for an extraordinary Executive Assistant to support our CEO in his day-to-day duties. You will oversee his calendar and vet various press opportunities to ensure his time is being utilized as efficiently as possible.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee CEO’s day-to day schedule, including rescheduling appointments and ensuring timely 
• Vet all press opportunities and other meetings to ensure interviews meet threshold
• Plan out trip itineraries and book all flights, accommodations, etc.
• Work cross-functionally with entire team to ensure projects and deadlines are being met
• Maintain spreadsheets/databases for various projects
• Oversee all press filming

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative position
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel, Slack
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to keep up with a fast paced startup environment
• Passion for health, wellness, and the mission of Blueprint Bryan Johnson

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with press to facilitate filming/photoshoots

We are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to oversee our software application, ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible. You will interact with customers and work closely with software development to implement features based on our market research findings.

Position Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to solicit feedback for new features and fixes to improve customer experience
• A/B test features and processes that accelerate growth and improve customer experience
• Work closely with internal teams, including software, operations, and product development
• Oversee beta testing of new features and maintenance/repair of existing features
• Be the main point of contact both internally and externally for the application

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager
• Previous experience building an application and growing by improving feature development, incorporating customer feedback, and working with design teams
• Familiarity with software development processes, ability to work closely with software engineers and communicate on a technical level

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with a programming language
• Previous experience working with biometric data
