The QA Manager is responsible for leading the Blueprint’s product quality efforts.  This role will also be intimately involved with new product development and efforts to improve existing products. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control standards to ensure the highest ingredient and product quality standards.
  • Inspect various stages of production and make necessary improvements.
  • Manage relationships with domestic and international suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate ingredient / product testing with the manufacturing team to ensure timely completion of products.
  • Work alongside PD, Customer Service, Operations, Contract Manufacturers, 3rd party Labs and Raw Material Suppliers to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Work with suppliers in resolving out of specification ingredients
  • Submit ingredients and finished products for analysis and provide summary of reports.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of CAPA activities, including root cause analyses, action plans, and follow-up evaluations with contract manufacturers and suppliers
  • Support new product development and improvement activities.
  • Support Customer Service by liaising with Contract Manufacturers with product quality and consumer inquiries.
  • Ensure delivery of products to domestic and international markets meets quality standards.
  • Inspect final products and approve or reject them based on Blueprint quality standards.
  • Support efforts with the 3rd Party Blueprint Certification program. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in food, beverage, and supplement manufacturing.
  • Proven experience as a quality manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience implementing and maintaining a quality program.
  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance position for supplements and/or foods.

We’re looking for an extraordinary Personal Assistant to support an executive team member in their personal matters. You will ensure operations are running smoothly in the executive’s personal life including travel, appointments, and various household operations. 

This is a full-time role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Vendor and service supplier management
  • Scheduling of various appointments, travel, etc
  • Coordination with Executive Assistant and other team members
  • Book personal travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, rental cars, etc
  • Other various tasks in relation to executive’s persona and family life
  • House systems and vehicle management 
  • Bill pay, plant watering, house stocking

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative position
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel, Slack
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to keep up with a fast paced startup environment

We’re looking for a software developer who can join our small team to help build a mobile application for wide scale use to improve people’s health. You will be doing both frontend and backend work on an application that will include features such as social, health tracking, gamification, and more. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with CEO and the technical team to take features from ideation to implementation
  • Design, document, and write code for a mobile application (iOS) and ship updates frequently 
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain code as issues arise in testing and production
  • Translate application design wireframes to their implementation in React code

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience developing previous mobile applications
  • Previous experience working on an application from an early stage
  • Demonstrated ability to ship and maintain products
  • Experience using Javascript/Typescript and React native
  • Experience using AWS on the backend


Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience working on social, health, and/or fitness tracking features
  • Experience with wearable data ingestion and analysis, especially with Apple HealthKit
  • Integrating Large Language Model (LLMs) into mobile applications
  • Integrating blockchain technology into mobile applications
