We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Digital Product to lead our cutting-edge e-commerce initiatives focusing on AB testing and conversion rate optimization. In this role, you'll spearhead the development and optimization of our unique digital storefront, seamlessly blending physical and digital product offerings within a Shopify environment. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, analytics, and customer behavior to enhance user experience and drive revenue growth.
Position Responsibilities:
- Architect an innovative, conversion-focused e-commerce experience that pushes the boundaries of what's possible within Shopify
- Drive continuous improvement in key metrics, including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value
- Develop and refine the customer journey, optimizing each touchpoint to maximize engagement and sales

Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a strong focus on e-commerce and conversion rate optimization
- Proven track record of significantly improving key performance indicators in previous roles
- Deep understanding of Shopify's capabilities and limitations, with experience in customizing and extending the platform
- Expert knowledge of UX/UI best practices and their impact on conversion rates
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
- Experience managing and selling both physical and digital products in an e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Skills:
- Proven experience in migrating to a headless architecture
- Familiarity with ERP integration processes
- Strong understanding of API development and integration

We're seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Coordinator to join our growing digital team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Shopify store and Klaviyo email marketing platform, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
Position Responsibilities:
Shopify Management
- Maintain and update product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team
- Assist with implementing and optimizing site navigation, collections, product categorization, homepage and landing pages content
- Assist in setting up and managing promotions and discounts
- Assist with setting up blogs
- QA and track bugs
Klaviyo Email Marketing

We are looking for someone to help us scale from 100 to 20,000 in-person Don’t Die groups around the world within 18 months. Each chapter will have regular meetups, activities, rituals, and goals. Community members will progress through levels, achieve status and obtain privileges. We have a Don’t Die app to support individual advancement.
Some leaders will be volunteers and others will be paid from member subscriptions.

We’re looking for a software developer who can join our small team to help build a mobile application for wide scale use to improve people’s health. You will be doing both frontend and backend work on an application that will include features such as social, health tracking, gamification, and more.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work closely with CEO and the technical team to take features from ideation to implementation
- Design, document, and write code for a mobile application (iOS) and ship updates frequently
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain code as issues arise in testing and production
- Translate application design wireframes to their implementation in React code
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience developing previous mobile applications
- Previous experience working on an application from an early stage
- Demonstrated ability to ship and maintain products
- Experience using Javascript/Typescript and React native
