Step 1.
Order your labs. You will receive a lab requisition sent to your email.
Step 2.
Schedule a lab visit with our blood draw partner LabCorp.There are over 3500 locations in the USA.
Step 3.
Visit the lab with your id and requisition form to get your blood drawn.
Step 4.
Results will be emailed to you within 1-2 weeks. You can also securely access your results in the Don’t Die App.
Step 5.
Work with a Blueprint approved longevity doctor to review your results and take steps to improve your health.

Order Speed of Aging and Microplastics tests. They can be done from the comfort of your home. These tests will give you a baseline of your starting point and then we can get started on improvement.

Bloodwork - after ordering the test from Blueprint, you’ll visit one of 3500 labs in the USA and get either 60 or 115 biomarkers tested to get a comprehensive look into your whole body’s health via blood biomarkers.

MRI: you’ll order and schedule this through Ezra. Advanced: Get an MRI with Ezra to scan your body and brain and screen for cancers early.

FAQs
Blood panels help you determine a baseline of your whole body health, from hormones and nutrients to organs and metabolic health. By testing and re-testing regularly, you will know the overall direction of your health with concrete data about yourself.
Blueprint has partnered with Labcorp to provide over 3,500 testing locations in the USA. You can search for labs near you here.
We do not accept insurance, however we will soon be FSA/HSA eligible, like other products in our store. We can provide an itemized receipt for you to submit for reimbursement.
We recommend testing every 6-12 months to see how your biomarkers are changing. We recommend every 3 months if you are making more drastic lifestyle changes or doing active interventions.
It is strongly recommended that you fast for 12 hours before the test.
Labcorp, the lab doing the testing, is CLIA certified and HIPAA compliant, ensuring the highest standards of data security and patient confidentiality.

Currently, we do not offer lab services in New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Hawaii due to geographic restrictions and state-level regulations. You can sign up to be notified when we launch in these states.
You will receive your results within 4-6 weeks via email and through the Don't Die mobile app (if you use the same email address for both services). We provide a video tutorial showing how to access your test status and results.
No, we do not provide results interpretation. However, you can take your labs to a healthcare provider such as WildHealth. You can sign up for a WildHealth concierge medicine membership using code BJ10.
Yes, you must be 18 or older to register and use our tests. We do not accept parent or guardian consent for minors.
No, we currently do not service any labs internationally due to operational and regulatory reasons. You can sign up to be notified when we launch in your country by visiting our website and adding your country information.
Yes, you can purchase a blood test for someone else, but only one Basic or Advanced Blood Test can be purchased per order. Each test taker must enter a unique email address in the "Additional Information" form. Using the same email for multiple people creates duplicate User IDs in our lab partner’s system, which prevents them from releasing individual results. A unique email ensures each test taker receives their own Blood Panel results.
